By accessing or using fxlogisticsservices.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered account holders, and businesses.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
FX Logistics provides a freight tracking and booking platform allowing users to track shipments across major carrier networks and submit freight booking requests for air, sea, road, and express courier services.
FX Logistics acts as an intermediary between customers and freight carriers. We do not take physical possession of shipments, and we are not a licensed freight carrier. Actual transportation services are performed by third-party carriers.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately at info@fxlogisticsservices.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee service or constitute a contract. All bookings are subject to review and approval by FX Logistics. We reserve the right to decline any booking without explanation. You will be notified of the outcome by email within 1–2 business days.
You are responsible for ensuring all shipment information is accurate and complete, including sender and recipient details, declared package contents, and weight. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in delays, additional charges, seizure by customs, or cancellation without refund.
Bookings may be modified or cancelled by the customer before the booking status changes to "Processing". Once processing has begun, cancellation requests are subject to carrier terms and any applicable fees. You also may not use the Platform to transmit spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure, or engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades Platform performance.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Tracking information is provided in good faith based on data reported by third-party carriers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tracking data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FX Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
FX Logistics is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, natural disasters, acts of government, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to FX Logistics in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at info@fxlogisticsservices.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page in your dashboard.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including sections on limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, and governing law.
